  Had an 11:45AM appt, arrived at 11:30AM with no one at the front desk. Took a seat. At 11:55AM called the office telephone which rang and rang, then went to voicemail. Finally at 12:00PM yelled "HELLO" and was told "be right there". Was checked in by Dr Goodnight himself (didn't seem to be anyone else around). Was taken into a very cluttered, not so clean room where I inquired about Cool Sculpting for outer thighs. Had to just stand there and drop my pants for him to exam, explain the procedure and quote pricing. On way out noticed the rest of the rooms were just as cluttered/unkempt. Not a positive, professional experience at all and will definitely not be going back!
